Building on my last post when preparing for any significant presentation or playback to a client you need to take the time to give the short answer. Constantly reduce reduce reduce until there are just the bear bones of what you want to say. An retired KPMG partner who was coaching me for my Managing Director panel told me to be pithy and punchy - it was great advice then and so I pass it on to you. Focus on your key messages, make the pithy and punchy, the rest is just a side show.
